When you create a new event or event series you will be offered to set them for specific sales channels. In the settings part you can disable and enable what sales channels you wish to have available for your events.
Sales Channles are:
- Public: Any one can book the experience
- Web Available on the web platform
- Kiosk Available through Kiosk connections (coming soon)
- Private Only available for in-system booking
- Agent Available for Agents, this also adds an exclusive availability to reserve for Agents on each event.
Sales Units
If you want to manage sales units globally you can create them here and have various events fetch them on creation. You can always manually create sales units and additional sales units for each event.
Schedules
Same as with sales units. Yóu can use this section to create global schedules that all events can use. Setup departure times, time between departures and tour duration. You can also block out lunch time and breaks. You will still have the option to create custom schedules during event creation.
Staff/Agents
If you need to delegate work or have agent roles in your business this area will offer you the chance to manage them. Add staff accounts and permissions in a simple manner or create a company account with discounts and agent roles and permissions. You can easily manage their roles or delete their accounts.
