Notifications
1. Access Notification Settings
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the settings menu.
- Select Company Settings from the dropdown.
- In the left-side menu of the Company Settings, select Notifications (marked with a bell icon).
2. Configure Email Notification Settings
In the Notifications section, you can manage how you receive updates about bookings.
- Toggle the button next to each option to enable or disable notifications for:
- Booking Confirmations
- Cancellations
- Updates
- Below the toggles, input the receiver email address where notifications should be sent.
3. Customize Email Templates
You can customize email notifications or create your own templates to enhance communication with attendees.
Steps to Create an Email Template:
- In the Notification Settings, select Email Templates.
- Click the + Add Email Template button.
- A pop-up window will appear with the following fields to complete:
- Template Name: Enter a unique name for your template.
- Subject Line: Add a subject for your email.
- Email Content: Write the text you’d like the email to display.
- To make your email more dynamic, use placeholders:
- On the left side of the pop-up window, you’ll see a purple box with examples like:
- [NAME]: Automatically inserts the attendee’s name.
- [BOOKINGNR]: Automatically includes the booking number.
- Insert these placeholders directly into your email text where appropriate.

4. Preview and Save Your Template:
- Once you’ve written your content, click Preview Email to see how it will appear to recipients.
- If satisfied, click Create Template to save your new email template.
4. View Sent Emails
To monitor emails that have been sent:
- Click Email Logs in the Notifications section.
- Here, you’ll find an overview of all sent emails, including:
- Date: When the email was sent.
- Email Address: The recipient’s email address.
- Status: Indicates whether the email was sent successfully or not.
