How to assign roles to staff and agents

  • Go to sett­ings (gear icon).
  • Select „Company Sett­ings“.
  • Choose „Staff/A­g­ents“ to view all conn­ected indi­viduals, including their email and assigned role.

Inviting a new staff member

  • Click „Invite Indi­vidual“.
  • Enter the indi­vidual’s name and email address.
  • Select their role by clicking the button next to it.
    • Proj­ect-­specific roles: After selecting the role, choose the specific project by checking the appropriate box below.
      • Note: Only one role can be assigned per indi­vidual.
  • Press „Invite“ to send the invitation.

Inviting a new agent

Agents are empl­oyees of or representatives from other comp­anies.

  • Go to „Agents“ to view conn­ected comp­anies. If no comp­anies are listed, you’ll need to create one.
  • Find the company and click the three dots icon next to the company discount.
  • Select „Edit“ to open the company info window. Here, you can:
    • Choose an existing user from the drop-down menu.
    • Invite a new agent by entering their name and email.

Invitation accept­ance

  • After sending the invitation, the recipient will receive an email with an invitation link.
  • The invited indi­vidual must accept the invitation to acti­vate their role.
  • Until accept­ance, they will appear under „Pending Indi­viduals“ in the „Staff/A­g­ents“ overview.

Reviewing and managing existing staff

  • To edit or delete a staff member or agent, click the three dots icon next to their role in the „Staff/A­g­ents“ overview.
    • Note: Only users with the necessary permissions can edit or delete roles.
