Creating schedules
Step 1: Access the Schedules Section
- Click on the Settings button, represented by the gear icon.
- In the left-hand menu, look for the Schedules option, represented by the calendar icon, and click on it.
Step 2: View or Start Creating Schedules
- If you already have schedules, you’ll see them listed here.
- If no schedules exist, the list will appear empty.
Step 3: Choose the Schedule Type
- Decide whether to:
- Create a Simple Schedule: For quick setup.
- Create a Schedule: For a more detailed schedule.
- Click on the appropriate option to proceed.
Creating a simple schedule
- Click Create a Simple Schedule, and a pop-up will appear.
- Enter the following details:
- Schedule Name: Provide a descriptive name.
- Select Days: Choose the days (Monday to Sunday) the schedule should apply to.
- Start Time: Enter the starting time for the schedule.
- Duration: Input the duration of the schedule in minutes.
- Assign Projects: Check the boxes for the projects to include in the schedule. Available projects will appear as options.
- Click Confirm to save your simple schedule.
Creating a schedule
- Click Create a Schedule, and a pop-up will appear.
- Enter the following details:
- Schedule Name: Provide a descriptive name for the schedule.
- Start and End Time: Define the start and end times for the day.
- Duration: Input the duration of each timeslot in minutes or hours.
- Interval Between Time Slots: Enter the time gap (in minutes) between the start of each timeslot. If no interval is set, the next timeslot will begin immediately after the previous one ends.
- Buffer Time: Add buffer time (in minutes) between each timeslot if needed.
- Add any Block Times (optional):
- Click Add Block Time.
- Input the Start Time and End Time for the period you want to skip in the schedule.
- Workspace: Select the workspace where this schedule will apply.
- Click Preview Schedule to review the schedule before saving.
- Click Save to finalize your schedule.
