Creating your company account

When you sign up to use Liva you will automatically be guided through the onboarding wizard. However all settings can be accessed and changed in Company Settings. You can always access settings trough the gear icon in your left menu. Here you can see an overview of what each setting does.

Step 1 - create your company account

Company Name is what will be used in your storefront header and footer and email comunications

Company identifier will be used in your storefront URL where your clients will be able to book your events

Step 2 - Regional Settings

In order to keep your records in order and sales invoices up to standards you can add your companies registration number, billing address and VAT number.

Here  you will also add your VAT calculations, rules and overrides that will be used for all your sales units

Step 3 - Payment and Billing

Here you will set the currency for all your sales and select which payment provider you want to use.

In order to enable payment providers you will need your credentials (merchant id and secret key for example) from them in order to connect.

Step 4 - Storefront

Here you can finish setting up your storefront details.

Contact information and address

Here you can opt-in for notifications if someone books an event with you, if a booking is canceled or it's updated. This can be very helpful if you plan on running you booking management with a partner or have employees who will be able to manage them.
