Where are my bookings?
Through Liva dashboard list view you can see all your upcoming events. Under each event you can view bookings by selecting „View“. By using filters or search you can easily locate any booking.
By selecting „View“ on the results you can access various actions for the selected booking.
Editing a single booking
Once you have located the booking you need to edit, select the pen icon to the far right. This will activate a window with the following options:
Notify attendee: If you need to send an email to just this person you can open an email window from this action. In some subscriptions you can choose from personalized email templates but you can always just type in your message. The email sent out will contain your company header and footer from your company information panel in company settings.
Move booking: If you need to move the booking you can browse available time slots in this view. Choose the time you want to move the booking to. Then choose either notify customer in order to send out a confirmation email or just confirm to just move the booking.
Cancel booking: If you need to cancel the booking you simply choose the cancel booking button. You can then either choose to notify the customer or simply cancel with out an email confirmation. Please note this will not refund the customer. Refunds need to go through your payment provider.
Update primary contact info: If for any reason you need to update the buyers information you can do that here. You can also add special requests. This will not trigger any email notifications to the email.
Change quantity: If the customer needs to add or subtract from the previously booked quantity you can change it here. You will also be able to change the payment status if needed.
