Creating an Agent company

Agent company: The agent operates as a reseller. They purchase trips or excursions from you at agreed rates and manage their own customers, pricing, and bookings.

Creating an agent company

• Go to Staff/Agents and select "Agents".
• Click "Create a Company".
• In the pop-up window, enter the company name, billing email, and discount.
• Click "Agent Agreement". A new pop-up window will appear where you can enter the text for your agent agreement. When finished, click "Confirm" to save the agreement.
• Select a Color to represent this company’s bookings.
• To add agents select an existing user from the drop-down menu, or click "Invite new agent" and enter their name and email.  After adding agents, they will appear in a list at the bottom of the window.
• Click "Save" to apply all changes.
