Subscription Management Instructions

1. Access the Subscriptions Section

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the settings menu.
  2. Select Company Settings from the dropdown.
  3. In the left-side settings menu, click Subscriptions.

 

2. View and Manage Your Subscription

On the Subscriptions page, you can:

  • View Your Current Subscription: Check details of the plan you’re currently subscribed to in the box at the top of the page.
  • Explore New Plans: See the four available subscription options, including their features and pricing.

 

3. Change Your Subscription

  1. Under the subscription plan you wish to switch to, click Buy Plan.
  2. A pop-up window will confirm:
    • That you are about to purchase a new plan.
    • Details of the new plan.
  3. Provide the required billing details:
    • Company SSN (Social Security Number)
    • Billing Email
    • Billing Country
  4. Click Confirm to complete the change.

Note:

  • Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • The new plan will take effect in the next billing cycle.

 

4. Cancel Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription:

  1. Locate the box displaying your current subscription details.
  2. Click the Cancel Subscription button.

 

What Happens When You Cancel?

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • After this, you will no longer have access to the subscription features.

 

Managing Payment Methods

1. Access Payment Methods

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the settings menu.
  2. Select Company Settings from the dropdown.
  3. In the left-side settings menu, click Payment Methods.

     

2. Overview of Payment Information

On the Payment Methods page, you’ll find:

  • Your Current Plan: Includes the plan name, cost, and next billing date.
  • Option to Change Your Plan: You can choose to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan.
  • Current Payment Methods: Displays the last four digits of the card number and its expiration date.

 

3. Update Your Payment Method

To update or change your payment method:

  1. Click Update Payment Method.
  2. You’ll be taken to an overview of your saved cards:
    • Select an existing saved card to use for payments.
    • Or, click + Use a Different Card to add a new payment method.

 

4. Add a New Payment Method

  1. If you choose + Use a Different Card, a form will appear to input new card details:
    • Enter the Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV.
    • Confirm the billing details as required.
  2. Save the new payment method, which will be applied to your subscription.

Managing Paid Invoices

1. Access Paid Invoices

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the settings menu.
  2. Select Company Settings from the dropdown.
  3. In the left-side settings menu, click Paid Invoices.

 

2. View Invoice History

On the Paid Invoices page, you can:

  • Past Paid Invoices:
    • See a list of all previously paid invoices.
    • Each entry includes details such as:
      • Date of Payment
      • Amount Paid
      • Payment Status (Paid or Not Paid)
      • Subscription History (details of the subscription active during the invoice period).

 

3. View Upcoming Invoice

  • The page also displays details of your upcoming invoice, including:
    • The amount due for the next billing cycle.
    • The due date for payment.

Billing Information

1. Access Billing Information

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the settings menu.
  2. Select Company Settings from the dropdown.
  3. In the left-side settings menu, click Billing Information.

 

2. Add or Update Billing Information

On the Billing Information page, you can input or edit details such as:

  • Company Social Security Number (SSN): Ensure accuracy for tax and identification purposes.
  • Billing Email: The email address where invoices and billing notifications will be sent.
  • Billing Country: Specify the country associated with your company’s billing address.

 

3. Save Changes

  1. After entering or updating the required details, click Save to confirm.
  2. Your billing information will be updated immediately and used for future invoices.
