Creating your first Project
My Projects
After completing the onboarding you will need to create a new project. Projects is your workspace where all your relevant events will live. Depending on your subscription you will be able to create more projects, for example if you have multiple operations and wish to manage them under one company account or if you have multiple locations that need to be manage seperately
After naming your project and adding a photo you can use the Project Wizard to finish the setup.
Project Wizard
The project wizard will help you quickly and efficiently setup your project.
Sales units - here you can create units that you want to have available in your project
Sales units have a name, resource usage and price
For example
Name: Adult Resource usage: 1 (how many spots will this type of unit use) and price: €10
You can add multiple units in this step,
Schedules - here you can create global schedules you want to be able to use in your project. You will always be able to create custom schedules when creating your events so think of this as a global schedule/s that you want to use again and again. To update this type of schedule you can access company settings through the left menu.
Resources/Assets - if your events are dependent on assets or resources like buses, boats, hard hats you can manage them here. During event creation you can add them as needed and the system will notify you if you have more available slots than resources.
Staff/Agents - here you can add staff accounts and agents to you project. You can always do this later on in company settings Staff/Agents.
That's it - next step is to start creating some experiences to offer your customers
